How to do the modernization of the residential interior design?

Usually all of us keep a track on the fashion prevailing in the industry? Ever wondered why? Because, it has got everything to the way you look and how well you present yourself to others. Did you think that apart from your presence and look, people also judge you by your surroundings? What if you are all prim and proper and when someone visits your home, all they find is a mess that is simply hard to clean. Forget the mess, what if you house is not even updated and still flashes the trend that long ceased to exist in the market? Isn’t that giving a wrong impression about you? Of course it is! So, with your, self modernization it is also important to work on the residential interior design of your home so that anyone who visits you can’t help but praise you for your choices and creativity.

How to do the modernization of the residential interior design?

  1. Firstly, jot the changes that you feel need to be done in the overall design. Are these changes too broad to be carried out on your own? If yes, then it is time you hire an interior designer to do the task for you.
  2. So, whether you do it all by yourself or whether you hire a designer, start with the colors of the wall.
  3. Paint your walls fresh. Painting the walls in delightful colors is the most important way to make your house look fresh and lovely.
  4. You can start with bright yet soothing colors like yellow, blue, purple, green, or the likes of it. Now many people juggle between whether to pick red or blue for the décor of the house or not. The only downside of choosing red and dark colors is that they are too bright for the eye. So, with such colors you have to be very careful with the lighting in the room.
  5. The lighting has to be bright and enough to not strain the eyes.
  6. Give the bedroom a personal touch and get creative with your living or the dining room.
How is commercial interior design different from residential interior design?
  1.  In the commercial interior design you must always avoid bright colors.
  2. Commercial interior design has to give out a message about the goal or the objective of the company.
  3. Furniture and the desks have to be strictly ergonomic.
These are few of the many differences between the two types of interior designs.
